Domestic Shipping

 

Q: If ordering products in the UK, how long will it take for them to arrive?

A: By law you should allow 28 days for delivery, but it will normally take 1-3 working days.

International Shipping 

 

Q: Do you deliver internationally

A: We serve the UK and Europe (EU and EEA) at present, but we are looking into possibly expanding further in the future.

 

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

 

Q: Di you charge duties or customs for overseas shipments

A: At present no tariffs apply as the UK is still in its transitional period as it exits the EU and is thus still in the single market. Negotiations are continuing on the future arrangements to apply from 2021 and we will be able to make an announcement here when we know what has been agreed.

Returns

How to Return  

 

Q: If I have a problem with shoes I purchase from you, can I return them?

A: Absolutely yes. Under UK law, your statutory rights allow you to return any product within 28 days of receiving it. You can either exchange them for a new pair or get a full refund.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

Q: If I receive damaged items or the wrong things, can I have them replaced?

A: Definitely! As with the returns policy above, let us know the problem and send them back so we can ensure you get the product you want in the condition you want.

 

Exchanges  

 

Q: What can I do if I see a product I like on your site that is not currently in stock?

A: In this instance, you can pre-order it so we can send the item once they are in stock. You can also email us directly about this, as we may be able to update you about how soon the product will be in stock and we can get it to you.
